Offices in the Streatham Business Centre
Our managed offices range across three floors in the business centre. The ground floor contains the Board Room, the Common Room the Kitchen and, of course, the entrance/reception area lobby. All floors have toilet and shower facilities including disabled access and use-capable designed facilities on the ground floor. The centre itself and each individual office and meeting room has monitored and logged PIN/Biometric access built in and each the personnel for each occupied office has management control of the access codes for that office.

It caters for a two person office but could cater for up to three people at a stretch. We have a 20 person capacity board room and also a larger meeting room which has a capacity of 120 persons with full meeting room specification; hdmi projector, 8 ft screen, wi-fi, sound desk, microphones, stage, cat 2 lighting. This large meeting room is perfect for seminars, conferences and presentations and can benefit from full in house catering from breakfast to lunches and afternoon teas.
Meeting rooms are available from 8am everyday until 10pm. The board room is charged out at £25 per hour (free to Streatham Business Centre Licensees) and the larger meeting room at £35 per hour.
